You will build relationships with key business customers and assist them to ensure a smooth service and high client satisfaction.
The role will include a number of administrative tasks centred around customer service.
You will be good with Excel and able to produce accurate reports outlining customer spend, profitability and growth.
You will also have excellent communication skills and able to work well within a team and deliver to deadlines.
