Customer Support Administrator - 5 week Contract The Profs is a multi award-winning online tutoring company (UK Edtech Provider of the year 2024) founded in 2014.

We are seeking a Customer support Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities: Account Setup Assistance : Call tutors and students to assist with account setups, including password resets, DBS checks, and billing information.
Data Accuracy : Identify missing clients or incorrect contact details and ensure records are updated.
Query Resolution : Respond to tutor and client queries about account setup and best practices for using the platform.
Tracking Progress : Maintain an up-to-date Google Sheets log of clients and tutors who are yet to complete the setup process.
Escalation : Identify and prfioritize issues, escalating them to the manager when necessary.
Key Skills and Requirements: Attention to Detail : Ensure accuracy in account details and documentation.
Communication Skills : Exhibit a professional phone manner and strong written communication.
Organizational Skills : Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Technical Proficiency : Confident use of Google Suite, including Google Sheets and Gmail.
Problem-Solving : Ability to address client and tutor concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Salary: £15.00 Per hour
