Description Responsibilities for Customer Support Administrator Addressing customer queries and providing necessary information Administering customer accounts and updating records Supporting team members in daily administrative tasks Managing and distributing information within the office Ensuring adherence to policies and regulations Maintaining high levels of customer service Collaborating with different departments for smooth operations Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures Profile A successful Customer Support Administrator should have: Experience in a customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in using office software and customer management systems Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Job Offer An attractive salary package of around £25,000 per annum Office location in Brighton Generous holiday leave of 25 days per annum Opportunity to work in a supportive, professional environment Chance to make a real difference in the public sector Hybrid working
