Customer Supply Executive This is a supply chain customer facing position.
Experience processing orders in an FMCG environment.
Location: Windsor, flexible working - 3 days per week in office Salary: £28-32k + package Client: My client is a global food business, leader within its category, known for iconic brands that exceeds customers expectations worldwide.
Role Overview: As Customer Supply Executive, you are responsible to support effective supply chain management through to customer order management.
Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Navigate the end-to-end process from order receipt to dispatch.
Sales Conditions: Manage sales conditions in SAP, ensuring pricing accuracy.
Customer Relationship: Be the frontline support for our customers and internal teams.
Investigate and resolve queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborative: Partner with sales teams to ensure orders are flawless.
Logistics: Maintain regular contact with logistics providers to facilitate smooth deliveries.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and efficiency projects.
Skills & Qualifications: Experience with SAP & Excel.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous FMCG customer facing experience Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proactive mindset, eager to contribute to process improvement.
