To help continue our growth and success, we are looking for a Customer Supply Chain Lead .
This position will be focused on leading and managing the day to day operational activities with our customers and partners supporting a seamless transition from development in to commercial manufacture and supply.

This position can be based in either London or Cambridge   invoX is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited, a Hong Kong listed global top 40 pharmaceutical company with more than 24,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities We are now hiring for an experienced individual who has a passion and deep understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and can uniquely represent invoX and supply chain to our customers but also represent our customers to invoX.
Our supply chains are outsourced therefore the successful candidate will need to have excellent communication both to internal and external stakeholders alike but also across the supply chain, through to commercial engagement and back into R&D.
InvoX is actively transitioning our programs of work from development in to manufacture and supply, this drives the need for the ability to manage a diverse workload and work independently and not be afraid to get involved in the details as well as focus on the strategic impact.
Be accountable for and manage the day-to-day operational activity with invoX commercial partners Lead programs and projects with our partners post launch and handover from R&D Manage an effective handover and transition of work from R&D into routine manufacture and supply facilitating successful launch Develop and propose supply chain strategies for invoX products/assets Coordinate and lead cross functional teams including technical, quality, business development, planning and procurement to deliver objectives Build and lead elements of the supply chain function introducing fundamental processes and governance Ownership of the value chain to our customer(s) as a 'one stop shop' on the data, details and understanding and performance thereof including but not limited to capacities, investments, capex ownership, CoGs, improvement projects, etc Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A successful candidate will need to be able to quickly build strong relationships and traverse the end-to-end supply chain engaging internally as well as externally, from vendors to customers and covering both an operational to strategic scope.
You will have an eye for details but be able to pull up and out to a strategic view understanding the wider impact from decisions on the functional and company strategy.
Essential University level education in supply chain or equivalent years of experience End-to-end supply chain experience in elements such as Governance Strategic Design S&OP Logistics          Understand, identify and manage supply chain risks Lead and manage KPI delivery and make data driven decisions Ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders Strong relationship builder Experience with commercial engagement Ability to work with ambiguity and multitask Strong communications skills both oral and written Organised and strong project management capabilities Self-starter and ability to operate independently Financial acumen in a Pharmaceutical setting Desirable  Experience with SAP Background spanning transitioning products from R&D to commercial manufacture and supply Understanding of Pharma regulations and requirements for launch and supply Why work at invoX?
