Job description The Role in a Nutshell We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and customer-centric Digital Customer Success Specialist to join the Medical Tracker team.
In this role you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their requirements, and proactively guiding them towards high-end user engagement; this comes with the ultimate outcomes of further upselling and customer retention.
You will be providing service insights, addressing their needs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What you will do: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' business objectives, industry challenges, and key success factors Onboarding Customers & providing them with the required knowledge to use our application successfully Building and nurturing customer relationships whilst acting as the point of contact for selected customers Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction, gather vital customer feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support Be an expert on our digital solutions and work closely with the sales teams to support their digital knowledge and customer insights Monitor customer health metrics, such as usage patterns, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction scores, to identify potential risks and take appropriate action Act as a customer advocate, escalating and prioritising their needs and feedback within the organisation Proactively be informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to both internal teams and clients What You Will Have Proven experience in a relevant customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Specialist, or Client Relations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify, prioritise, and resolve customer challenges Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise tasks effectively Proficient in using CRM systems, customer success platforms, and other relevant tools Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong business acumen, the ability to understand customers' strategic objectives and align them with our solutions Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction Medical Tracker is an Equal Opportunities Employer We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
