About the role In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the education community across EMEA to be an advocate and champion of Texthelp's tools across all subjects and school years.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for education technology and a deep understanding of how it can impact teaching and learning.
The primary focus will be supporting and building customer relationships in order to maximise retention and increase revenue.
This role requires a results-focused and forward-thinking individual with a can-do attitude.
Main Responsibilities To work as part of the Customer Success Team, with a primary focus on Scale Customers such as Multi Academy Trusts and Local Education Authorities within the Education Division at Texthelp.
Proactive approach to ensure a smooth, efficient deployment of the software for the end user and to facilitate a smooth transition from the New Business Acquisition Team.
Maintain high Software as a Service (SaaS) renewal rates by building strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle Manage database of all existing customers within the remit and through effective networking, continue to add to this existing database.
Design and deliver online and in person presentations and workshops on a range of Texthelp technology, across all subjects and school years Interpret school development plans and inform all stakeholders how Texthelp tools support core objectives Design and deliver customer training, centred on pedagogy and practice Design curriculum focused content to increase understanding and adoption of Texthelp tools across all levels of education Manage queries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Gathering information on installation and usage and reporting to management Managing the renewal pipeline and providing accurate forecasting to management Connect and work with a range of industry stakeholders to raise the profile of Texthelp tools Be a team player who is flexible and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development and support Represent Texthelp in education events, as required Attend in person meetings with customers, providing in person workshops, when required If remote, visit Antrim offices at least once a month.
Essential Criteria Minimum of 1 Year Experience in delivering online and in person presentations, webinars or workshops Minimum of 1 years classroom experience/ education setting experience.
Demonstrable track record of successful delivery of education or commercial projects.
Willingness to travel to attend conferences, meet with customers, or conduct training sessions as required Desirable Criteria A passion for and understanding of Education Technology (Edtech) Experience with a range of Texthelp tools A recognised certification from Apple, Google or Microsoft Be familiar with the current state of the education market and the latest trends in education technology Experience and understanding of accessibility challenges and/or SEND Experience of leveraging external relationships and channel partners to support delivery of goals Connections within the education community, and a dedicated, engaged social media and people network Ability to think strategically and creatively about how to use Texthelp's tools particularly within an education setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please submit your application by Wednesday 20th Novemberat 5pm.
