As a team, we've got a history of working with interactive lights and working closely with the dementia care industry and many of our team are motivated by personal experiences of having lived with dementia in our own families.
We believe this makes a difference and have grown to work internationally with clients in UK, Ireland, France, Canada and the US.Over the past few years, we've worked with many of the top care home groups in the UK and Ireland, as well as with many libraries, hospitals and community centres.However, we saw opportunities to increase our impact and wanted to do more to tackle the challenges faced by those with care needs in their lives.

How you will your day:The successful applicant would have the following roles and responsibilities, although please note that we are a healthcare tech start-up - please be prepared to support all areas of the organisation at certain times ('no job too small'): Overall goal is to support client retention and new business acquisition; Lead and facilitate client training sessions (both online & in-person), educating clients to become experts in how to get the most from the Happiness Programme; Compile client reports to help demonstrate the value of the Happiness Programme; Ensure regular touch points, through telephone and email, are maintained with both existing and new clients; and Help our research and development team in searching for content for new activities.
The ideal candidate's personality and qualifications: French speaking ( desirable but not essential) A desire to be part of a close-knit team.
An interest in what we do; helping people with cognitive disabilities.
Previous account management, client success or sales experience The ability to jump between different projects from running training sessions to analysing data depending on the demands of the business.
Experience of using CRMs Ability to attend trade shows and support the sales team in networking events nationwide when required.
Self-motivated drive and ambition, with commercial awareness, an optimistic outlook and a personable telephone manner.
We have just launched in France so the ability to speak French would be helpful.
Being able to drive would also be a real plus.
