Customer Success & Operations Associate

We're a fast-growing commodities trading tech company and we're looking for a Customer Success & Operations Associate to help us cover the groundwork as we scale.
In this role, you'll handle customer support queries , assist with daily operations , and contribute to product-related tasks .
You'll gain significant exposure to commodities trading markets and receive on-the-job training in a dynamic startup environment.
You should ideally tick some, or all, of these boxes: somewhat interested in some (or all) of: commodities, trading, finance, technology quick learner happy to get stuck in with all sorts of work able to work under pressure good Excel skills good numerical reasoning good comms skills (spoken and written) First stage is a quick screening call.
Second stage is either an interview or assessment centre in person.
