Location: Exeter (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000

What You'll Do:
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure they get maximum value from the product.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve customer understanding and usage.
Collaborate with clients face-to-face and remotely to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Travel as required to meet with clients, ensuring a hands-on approach to customer success.
What We're Looking For:
A natural problem-solver with a consultative mindset.
Someone excited to learn and understand the ins and outs of a product.
Experience in a tech-driven environment.
Confident leading workshops and presenting to clients.
A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred).
