Customer Success Opportunity!
I am currently representing a Cyber Security SaaS business who are looking to expand their Customer Success team.
They are looking for driven individuals who are looking to make a move into a CSM.
Responsibilities- Manage a Customer Portfolio : Work across various industries, sizes, and locations.
Lead Customer Discovery : Understand customer success metrics and goals.
Success Planning : Create roadmaps to guide customers in achieving their objectives.
Onboarding & Training : Educate customers and set clear milestones.
Measure & Demonstrate Success : Track progress and showcase customer achievements.
Desired Experience - Experience : Proven background in Customer Success or Account Management, or in a New Business role, preferably in SaaS.
Communication : Strong skills in explaining technical concepts clearly.
Analytical Mindset : Ability to leverage data for insights.
Project Management : Skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Salary - £ 35k + £5k Bonus Hybrid Working Model
