About the Role In this newly created role, as the Customer Success Manager you will work directly with the Managing Director, supporting the end-to-end delivery of learning solutions and serving as a primary contact for client relationships.

What's on Offer: Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 based on experience.
Hybrid Working: Minimum of 3 days in the office, with flexibility.
Annual Leave: 30 days, plus office closure over Christmas.

What You'll Be Doing: Client Liaison: Act as the key point of contact, overseeing smooth onboarding, ongoing relationship management, and end-to-end delivery of training and learning solutions with global clients.
Project Management: Manage client projects from planning through to follow-up.
Event Coordination: Organise virtual and in-person client meetings and events.
Briefing Support: Prepare facilitators and trainers to ensure an outstanding client experience.
Issue Resolution: Address client issues promptly, fostering trust and long-lasting relationships.
Proposal Creation: Develop proposals using templates and bespoke solutions.
Data Management: Maintain accurate client data, projects and track performance using Monday.com Who You Are: Ideally, you have experience in B2B client-facing roles, strong communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving on the fly.
