About the company Rapidly growing SaaS business with a strong reputation for delivering impactful solutions Recently received significant investment, driving product innovation and team growth Known for a supportive culture where employees stay and progress in their careers Opportunity to be part of a company making waves in its industry About the role Act as a strategic partner for high-value clients, ensuring long-term success and business growth Lead key client interactions and communicate between internal teams and external clients to provide tailored solutions Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver short, medium, and long-term value for clients Use data-driven insights to recommend optimizations and help clients maximize the value from the company's solutions Collaborate with internal teams to align company offerings with client needs, and help drive impactful results Opportunity to manage a team of CSM's and career progression to Chief Client Officer, leading the Client Success department About you Strong commercial acumen with experience calculating ROI for high-value clients Leadership experience, including managing teams and influencing internal stakeholders Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to drive customer-centric initiatives and work on multiple high-pressure projects Strong understanding of technology, with a proactive attitude towards learning and development Experienced in presenting and influencing senior-level stakeholders, with excellent communication skills Package Salary up to £65,000 Hybrid working model: 2-3 days a week in the office A clear path for career progression path to Chief Client Officer, leading the Client Success department within next 3 years!
