Customer Success Manager About the Role Join a growing FinTech team as a Customer Success Manager, reporting to the Head of Customer Success.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
Drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and contract renewals, while identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Develop and nurture customer relationships, leading regular communications and quarterly business reviews.
Address customer concerns proactively, ensuring timely resolutions and positive experiences.
Support account management by maintaining detailed account plans and understanding the product's technical aspects.
Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS or Financial Services.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.
Highly personable, motivated, and capable of working collaboratively across different teams.
The role is UK-based with some European travel required.
