Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role as a Customer Success Manager at Soto.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, analysing data to improve services, retaining customers, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
While the role is based in Bradley Stoke, there is flexibility for some remote work.
You will be responsible for developing a positive customer experience and fostering healthy relationships.
You will support customers through their projects to ensure that their goals are met and that they are kept informed of progress at every stage in the process.
You will work directly with clients to help solve their problems to a high standard.
You will also work closely with other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
You will work with the support team to appropriately schedule tasks with a member of the support team, following up to ensure the task is completed within our SLA and keeping the client informed of progress.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that the client's brief has been fulfilled and that projects run on time and to budget.
Other responsibilities include checking various company mailboxes, managing client reports and assisting with credit control and marketing activities.
