Starting immediately, we are looking for a customer-facing, proactive, and solution-orientated individual with exceptional communication skills to fulfil the role of Customer Success Executive.
The Role will involve: Training up new users Developing and delivering a training course to all new users of users that progresses their knowledge from zero to highly competent Building relationships Developing long-term relationships with clients, identifying key stakeholders, and cultivating them into supporters Leading meetings Planning and leading customer meetings, including quarterly business reviews Understanding customer usage and account health to mitigate renewal risk Providing guidance and acting as a trusted advisor, providing "How to" guidance and support throughout the customer lifecycle Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing their needs and concerns Working with other teams Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Key responsibilities of this role include: Training up new users to a high level Overseeing and safeguarding the client relationship Serving as the main external point of contact for any escalations Providing proactive management and risk mitigation for clients Driving adoption and growth within accounts The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role and ideally within the eDiscovery industry.
The Role will be predominately Home Based though the candidate must be prepared to work from the London at least once a week.
