Job Title : Customer Success Consultant – (Accounting & TAX SaaS) Company : Accounting Software Vendor Location : Hybrid role based in London Salary : £60,000 - £70,000 Role Overview The Customer Success Consultant will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for customers, focusing on maximising their success with the software.
This role centres on delivering exceptional customer value by providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to help clients achieve their business goals.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted adviser throughout the customer journey, from implementation through to long-term engagement, leveraging expertise in both technical solutions and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Manage the entire onboarding process, delivering tailored training sessions to promote effective software adoption and usage.
Plan and oversee customer success initiatives, ensuring timely, efficient implementation that meets scope and budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships and promptly addressing client needs and feedback.
Drive the adoption of key product features through education, data analysis, and targeted engagement strategies that align with client needs.
Partner closely with support teams to resolve issues swiftly and advocate for client-driven product enhancements.
Monitor customer satisfaction proactively, address potential churn risks, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support growth.
Track and report on key performance metrics, delivering insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
Required Experience ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification with experience in an accountancy practice.
Previous experience in customer success, consulting, or project management within a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software.
Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM and project management tools is advantageous.
