A leading technology solutions company is looking for an experienced Customer Integration Engineer.
You will be the technical point of contact for customers, helping them integrate products and services into their existing systems.
You will work closely with customers, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and a positive customer experience.
The Role: Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs for integrating products.
Provide comprehensive technical support, including troubleshooting, system verification, and guidance on software development (C/C++, .NET), REST APIs, and peripheral communication.
Deliver engaging technical presentations and training to customers and internal stakeholders, showcasing our solutions' capabilities.
Partner with the sales team to translate customer requirements into tailored solutions.
Work closely with development engineers to ensure deep understanding of hardware and software products, recommending optimal solutions.
Participate in test and system integration activities, preparing systems for customer use, creating OS images per requirements, and installing necessary software.
Contribute to continuous improvement by providing regular reports on customer feedback, technical issues, and market trends.
The Candidate: Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably a Masters), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in a similar role, focusing on technical sales for embedded systems, electronics, and providing customer support.
Strong technical expertise in software development (C/C++, .NET), REST APIs, system administration (Windows/Linux), and PC system integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at delivering technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a track record of building strong relationships.
Ability to travel occasionally for customer support and industry events (flexible based on role requirements).
