Customer Services Executive We're Oliver's Travels and we're passionate about making travel extraordinary.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, optimising our processes, and ensuring we deliver exceptional service that meets the highest standards.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days each week in our London office.
This is inclusive of some weekends and Bank Holidays.
A maximum of 1 weekend a month and 1 bank holiday a year.
Dealing day to day with customer queries and complaints, providing a high level of customer service in an empathetic and understanding manner.
Dealing with online reputational management.
Make decisions in respect of compensation payments, while retaining commercial awareness.
Monitor feedback for poor product performance to report to the relevant department to ensure improvements for the future.
To have an excellent understanding of the company's product and policies to be able to communicate to our customers.
