These assets enable Cawleys to offer a full range of environmental waste collection and recycling services to over 5000 industrial and commercial customers. Role Purpose The Customer Services Executive reports to the Customer Services Manager and works within a team of CS Executives. The department is responsible for day to day customer enquiries, taking bookings, problem solving and generally providing excellent levels of customer service.
The department handles large numbers of email and telephone enquiries daily.
It is a fast-paced department that is an integral part of the business and works closely with our transport controllers to ensure customer satisfaction.
You need to have office based customer service experience for this role and be confident and able to work quickly, accurately and professionally whilst under pressure.
