The successful candidates will be an integral part of the Customer Service team, working closely with the operations & sales teams to ensure the delivery of quality products to our valued customers, making a difference and add value for our customers by providing the highest level of service, advice and account management.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will treat all customers with respect, integrity and highest level of professionalism, listening to our Customer's' needs and meeting their expectations.

Here's what you will be doing:
Take orders from customer and sales team by phone, email or APP Ensure the Customer Service calls are answered timely and efficiently Ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately within a timely manner Manage pre-emption and Standing orders for a portfolio of customers Run and interpret regular reports, taking action where necessary Arrange veterinary prescriptions for medicated feed in line with legal requirements Focus and work towards the departments KPI's objectives and targets Ensure effective communication with all relevant parties – both Internal and external Adhere to processes laid out in Customer Services Manual Take responsibility for ensuring adequate cover of key aspects of role during holidays/time off Adhere to and actively promote the company Health and Safety Policy
To be successful you need to bring:-
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills, computer literacy, in particular good verbal communication skills.
Applicants should have a high level of integrity and dependability, be enthusiastic and able to work well within a team.
Experience in a similar role and an understanding of agricultural industry is preferable, however training can be given.
