About the Role: As the Customer Services and Central Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to community members while ensuring that the charity's donors receive the necessary support.
Collaborating within a dynamic team, your responsibilities will include providing top-notch customer service and assistance to supporters, volunteers, groups, and members.
