The role will consist of but not limited to the following: Audit Remarketing Partners : Conduct regular audits of remarketing partners to ensure all collected vehicles are auction-ready and meet necessary standards.
Tesla Business Account Management : Oversee the Tesla business account, ensuring timely de-fleeting and management of vehicle inventories.
Stock and Dashboard Reporting : Provide accurate and timely stock reports and dashboards to ensure management has clear visibility into vehicle inventory.
VOR Management : Monitor and manage Vehicle Off Road (VOR) statuses for auction vehicles, coordinating necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
Supplier Management : Ensure timely receipt of all sold reports from suppliers, maintaining efficient communication and coordination.
Licence Check Process Management : Oversee the daily management of the Licence Check process, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and handle supplier relationships.
