We are on the lookout for new customer service advisors to join our contact team.
The team are responsible for handling a wide variety of calls and digital contacts, from emergency problems in the home to repairs, questions on benefits or rent.
You'll be managing a heavy volume of calls involving some difficult conversations, but ultimately the job is working with people in resolving issues together or sign posting them to those who can help further.
We want someone who naturally looks to help others.
Someone who can independently think around a problem or work collaboratively with other departments.
Coming up with solutions whilst delivering the best customer experience possible.
As a customer services advisor you will need to be friendly and approachable, whilst bold enough to make decisions and take action to improve the lives of our customers.
It is a vital role, and is essential in helping us provide safe, secure and warm homes to over 100,000 people.
More than that, it's about building trust, developing relationships and enabling people to achieve more and build a brighter future for themselves.
These roles are permanent and full time.
You'll work between 8am - 6pm on a rota basis, Monday to Friday.
This is a phone-based role with a combination of home (after training) and office working from our Wolverhampton office, WV10 6TB.
What do you need?
Previous contact centre experience with a customer-centric approach is beneficial, however not essential A can-do attitude and a real desire to help our customers Strong IT skills A good eye for detail and numerical skills Resilience.
Things rarely stand still at Bromford so you need to be someone who embraces change and can bounce back after dealing with challenging conversations Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment If you have previous experience as a customer service advisor, call centre advisor, customer support advisor, customer telephone advisor, or something else similar, it would be great to hear from you.
