Customer Services Advisor

Job Role We need people who enjoy communicating with others whether via the phone, email, web or social media.
You will need to be confident using the latest technology and will also like to problem solve and be happy to ?go the extra mile' for our customers.
You will have a positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be committed to always doing the best for the customer.
You need to be self-motivated and able to thrive and maintain quality results in a busy environment.

Hours 37 hours per week, 8:00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm on Friday.
