Customer Service Advisor Blue Arrow is looking to recruit experienced Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Belper.
Please note that we can only accept applications from candidates that are available full time on ongoing basis.
Successful candidate will meet criteria below: * At least 2 years of previous customer service experience is essential.
* Solid recent work history within customer service * At least 1 year's previous customer service in a call centre is desirable.
* Excellent telephone manner * Strong communication skills * Demonstrate the drive to deliver world class service to all customers.
* Ability to use Microsoft applications and web-based platforms.
* Highly approachable with good interpersonal * Motivational to work alone or as part of a team.
* Flexible approach to learning new skills to support business requirements.
* Self-starting with a positive outlook and determination to succeed.
Pay rate starts from £12.17per hour plus performance bonus.
Full time position with 39.5 hours per week.
Hours: Mon - Sun - 39.5 hours per week - on a rota basis * 8:00am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday) * 8am - 3pm (Saturdays) * 8am -12pm (Sundays) What duties would you be doing within the Customer Service Advisor role?
* You will be dealing with customers who contact the client via telephone, email, or live chat.
* Using your customer service skills, you will provide an effortless customer journey and experience * You will gain an understanding of each customer's situation, spotting potential opportunities to deliver excellent customer service.
* Ensure all telephone calls are answered within our service level agreement, booking utilising the Salesforce platform.
* Work in line with Contact Centre processes and targets to ensure a professional service is provided at all levels.
* Work closely with customers to keep them informed * Ensure compliance with all regulations.
