You must be willing and able to obtain SVQ Level 3 in Customer Services or Customer Services Professional Certificate Qualification.Responsibilities As part of a team, you will provide an efficient, effective and high level customer service to the public.
You will deal with enquiries in relation to a wide range of Council Services through telephone, face to face, email and social media.The Individual Are you- customer focused - able to guide and assist customers through sensitive and challenging situations- comfortable and experienced using computer systems- a team player - self motivated Do you have- a calm disposition and an approachable manner- well developed oral and written communication skills- an awareness of Data Protection- good attention to detail- analytical skills Can you work- with minimum supervision- as part of a team with a flexible approach to meet business needs under pressure and prioritise your workload You will have- social awareness and empathy of the problems faced by all sections of the community A Basic Disclosure Scotland check is required.
