COMPANY OVERVIEW Our client is a well established UK courier service for a wide range of industry sectors, from retails to engineering, industrial to healthcare.
Trading since 2009, with over 8 branches and 150 staff, our client is looking for a Customer Services Administrator with good telephone and organisational experience.
The Company is known for their excellent and flexible all round service, that they offer its to customers and the operations team is key to this service.
The successful candidate would be fully trained in all aspects of courier & logistic services.
JOB PURPOSE You will join a team of 6 people in their Yate branch and provide the internal team and the company's drivers with full customer service and admin support.
