We are currently looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join our busy team in Milton Keynes!
As a Customer Services Administrator, your primary focus will be processing energy data for our blue-chip clients.
You will handle utility invoicing queries while liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure monetary recoveries.
Your analytical skills will come into play as you identify errors and create accurate customer reports using our Energy Management software, Sigma.
With a strong emphasis on client interaction, your tenacity for problem-solving will help to build robust customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of queries.
Embrace this opportunity to work collaboratively with our Bureau Team, utilising top-notch remote working tools, while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid setup — complete with a home office IT setup!Hours of Work: Hybrid role, working 1 day a week in the Milton Keynes office and the rest from home.Customer Services Administrator Requirements: At least 1 year's experience in the utilities sector.A customer-focused attitude with familiarity in meeting SLA goals and KPI objectives.Proven passion for customer service and proactive problem-solving skills.A minimum of A-Level or equivalent in maths or science.Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
