Due to an internal structure change, we have fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team.
The ideal candidate will preferably come from a customer service or engineering environment.
Job Purpose To handle open Customer Care tickets to resolution or escalation in orderto deliver best in class service to our customers.
Main duties and responsibilities Handling allocated tickets to resolution This involves but is not limited to contacting customers to clarify issues book engineers works Updating works onto the schedule Updating line manager with new works booked for review Sending of job quotations Sending engineers job sheets to the customer for works completed Administering the building of new customers information into our systems Administering customer Systems such as Ecovardis and Avetta Invoicing of completed jobs daily Other admin duties as required Qualifications and experience: Minimum 1 years experience in an Customer Service / Admin role Minimum 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above Competent in use of Microsoft suite, e.g.
emails, word and excel Good attention to detail Good communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with the CK team, 3rd party suppliers and customers Ability to work to deadlines Strong teamworking ethic Skills: Admin Duties Customer Care Communication Organised Computer Literate Benefits: Free Car Parking Canteen pension
