Gimo works in close partnership with leading global gaming brands such as NetBet, 777, and betFIRST We have a very multicultural team here at GIMO with employees specialising in all aspects of Marketing, Affiliation Marketing, Development, Web Design, Content, Analysis, Software Development and Customer Service.
We are now recruiting for an "Team Leader" to join our Customer Service Finnish and Danish team on a full-time permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities Ensure daily flow of business by preparing the shift rotation and ensuring that all shifts are covered.
Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
Set clear team goals and KPIs, make sure all goals are reached.
Create a health and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
Send daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management with detailed information about the team's progress.
Perform Quality Controls of the agent's work.
Develop a deep knowledge of the product and be ready to train the newcomers.
Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
Person Specifications: Must have team handling skills within Customer service environment.
Experience in iGaming/ Online Casino/ Online Gambling industry will be preferred.
Good communication and listening skills Must be ready to be available to support the team when needed.
