Customer Service - Swansea - Immediate start Your new company This organisation is seeking some temporary customer support administrators to join their team whilst they are going through a busy ; Your new role You will be uploading customer information sent in via email or letter onto the in-house system, ensuring all information is correct and that no information is missing.
You will also be responding to customers and chasing any outstanding information ; What you'll need to succeed - Previous customer service experience, preferably within the finance Effective telephone and negotiation skills in both written and verbal.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able and willing to take ownership of problems and resolve them to a satisfactory conclusion within a predetermined time-frame.
What you'll get in return This is a full-time, temporary role based in Swansea.
This is a temporary role for 3 months with the potential of a possible extension.
