Customer Service Specialist

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Overview: This role requires a Customer Service Specialist to join a diagnostics company at their site in Burgess Hill, on a contract basis for 12 months.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer communications, providing digital support, and ensuring smooth operation across various departments.
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer communications within agreed service levels and maintain high-quality service.
Offer first- and second-line digital support across several platforms while promoting the use of available tools.
Communicate with third-party suppliers to process required purchase orders or resolve logistical queries.
Support other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
Ensure all data on our systems is kept up to date as required.
Handle customer dissatisfaction, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Adhere to processes surrounding Export Control and Incoterms.
Requirements: Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems and tools.
Customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
Experience with both business-to-business and consumer-based customer service.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (based on a 12-month contract), equivalent to £15.00ph - £17.00ph PAYE.
