Adhere to export control and regulatory requirements.
Requirements : GCSE grade C or above in English Language and Maths (or equivalent).
Experience with customer relationship management systems.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
Familiarity with both business-to-business and consumer-based customer service.
