Customer Service Specialist - Greek

Customer Service Specialist - GREEKCK Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist - Greek speaking, to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Chester on a contract basis for 12 months.
This is a multilingual role.
Applicants must speak English and Greek fluently.
Salary: £17.00 per hour.
Customer Service Specialist Role: Receive orders and enter them in SAP system after performing validations on order.Inform customers in case of quality issues related to product, recalls, or put on hold situations.Handle backorders and returns for customers: entering into system, obtaining approvals where necessary, informing customer of decisions, and clearing logs.Monitor all open orders until completion and address exceptions.
Your Background: Be fluent in English and Greek.Ability to use SAP (SD module) and other customer service applications.
