Customer Service Resolution Specialist

Key Responsibilities We are seeking an individual with proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Complaints Officer, you will be responsible for resolving complaints from start to finish, fully investigating each issue by liaising with relevant departments to establish the root cause.
You will communicate regularly with customers throughout the complaint lifecycle, providing updates and delivering fair and consistent outcomes within our service level agreements.
Additionally, you will ensure accurate recording, tracking, and monitoring of complaints through our system.
This role requires a strong ability to articulate empathy and respect, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for each customer.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred, but not essential.
