Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Manchester location.
The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills Customer Experience and Customer Service skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritise customer needs Excellent problem-solving abilities Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Full time hours are Monday -Friday 9am-5pm.

Salary-£23,500 Per Annum base salary
