Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with at least 1 years of experience in customer service.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing customer interactions across multiple sales channels, including phone and email.
This role requires a proactive individual who can implement strategies to enhance service efficiency and adapt to market changes.
Also work on e-commerce operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone calls.
Manage customer service software effectively.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer service.
Ensure direct communication between customer needs and the Carbeth Plants team to provide the most effective responses.
Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently.
Stay updated on market trends and customer service best practices.
Assist the eCommerce team with various tasks as needed.
Experience Minimum of 1 years experience in customer service.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with customer service software.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and service optimization.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
