I'm working with a fantastic online retailer, a valued client of ours, who is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their growing team.

The Role: As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving queries via email, chat, and phone.
Your goal will be to ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries quickly and professionally, helping customers navigate orders, returns, and general product information.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a high level of service.
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and product information.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with other departments to resolve queries and improve the customer experience.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Provide feedback to the team on recurring customer issues and help develop solutions.
What We're Looking For: No prior experience needed – Full training will be provided.
