Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for all customer relations and contacts for Bodyshop, repairs and maintenance through the dealership.
Confidently contribute to the development of operating the administrative policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the Department.
Our successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of Department plans and budget, including gross profit, control of indirect and direct expenses, labour efficiency and all related items to achieve financial and customer service targets.
You will need to have excellent organisation skills and be able to direct and manage the activities of Bodyshop Staff to achieve target plans and budgets.
Conduct regular reviews and meetings to agree development plans that meet individual, department and dealership objectives.
