Due to continued business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Business Support Team at Impact Food Group This is a Head Office role and you will be joining a growing a brilliant team that is making a real impact on the success of Impact Food Group.
What you will be doing Provide first line customer support on queries and technical issues to both internal and external stakeholders.
(Using Kanpla) Collaborate with third-party partners to investigate and troubleshoot issues.
Collect and analyse data from our internal teams.
Building and uploading menus to our ordering platforms in a timely manner.
Data analysis, identifying trends and patterns.
Constantly working to improve system efficiencies and enhancements Processing of refunds and account reconciliations Onboarding new contracts to systems What we are looking for Meticulous attention to detail Prior experience in a help desk/service desk role Excellent customer service and communication skills Good data analytics skills, together with strong Excel skills Ability to work well within a team and also a self-starter who can work on their own initiative.
Adaptable to changing tasks/situations.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
