AJW Group, a leading aviation company, is expanding its team and looking for a dynamic individual to join our Repairs Team as a Customer Service Executive.As a Customer Repairs Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and overseeing the repair process.
Your role will include selecting vendors, raising repair orders, and handling order management to meet the business's expectations and requirements.Key Duties:Collaborate with the Customer Repairs Team Leader and AJW Group to ensure stock levels meet customer expectations and financial goalsPlay a key role in MRO OperationsFollow all updated procedures for stock upgradesOptimize cost savings and minimize repair turnaround timeSupport the team in meeting service obligations and department goalsSelect vendors and process repair ordersCollaborate with vendors to control costs and enhance profitabilityExpedite repair orders to reduce turnaround timeSupport Sales by prioritizing urgent requestsCoordinate with warehouse, logistics, and inspection as neededYou will bring:Previous experience in customer service within the aviation industry is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage customer inquiries and facilitate the repair process efficientlyResults-oriented mindset with a focus on profitability and customer satisfactionCollaborative team player with the ability to work across different departmentsSelf-Managing: Able to progress solutions without being given specific tasks dailyWhat's in it for you?Enjoy a monthly team fun budget and support community causes through charity events.
