As a Customer Service Executive based in Ripon (HG4 1SL) you'll be responsible for: Building and maintaining fantastic customers relationshipsReceiving and processing order enquiries and keeping an eye on the order statusLiaising with internal and external stakeholders to source products to fulfil customer ordersThis is a part time, permanent role working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm Monday - Friday with one additional weekend day required every 4- 6 weeks on a rota basis.
