For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering: Salary £25,000 p/annum Monday to Friday Permanent Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Christmas Shutdown (Deductible from Holidays), Volunteer & Charity Days, Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, Macbook & Accessories, iPhone, Travel Expenses when necessary, ongoing training within the industry The role - Customer Service Executive Responsible for managing inbound and outbound enquiries Assisting customers with their information requests about cyber security training courses Liaise to customers with fluent EU language skills Correspond with customers via email and live chat in their native language about course information and costs Ensure excellent customer service during each contact.
