As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.
Dealing with client queries and complaints courteously and effectively within agreed SLA's.Your main duties will include:Responding to customer inquiries and complaints and resolving any issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintaining customer records by updating account informationHandling customer complaints and escalating issues as necessaryCollaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionResolve client complaints within SLAIdentify trendsProvide feedback where necessary to Head of Customer Experience Accurate recording of all complaints and survey resultsAll complaints logged and acknowledged within 24 hours Accurate recording of complaintsThe ideal candidate for this role should have:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA strong customer service orientationThe ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with easeStrong problem-solving skillsThe ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyA positive attitude and a willingness to learnExperience dealing with B2B clientsExperience with dealing with complaints Ability to create and present statistical informationTo be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our customers.
You must also be able to work well under pressure and be able to handle difficult situations with ease.EssentialComputer literate with experience of Microsoft office.Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow instructions.The ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectivesAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlineExcellent verbal and written communication skillsVery high attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent knowledge of Word and Excel – creating and maintaining documents
