What You'll Do: Deliver outstanding service via telephone, chat, and email.
Build rapport quickly to understand and meet each customer's unique needs.
Represent our company with passion, ensuring a positive and friendly experience throughout the customer journey.
Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
Meet departmental and personal service level agreements and KPIs in line with company standards.
