This is an exciting opportunity to have exposure to all aspects of EMU Australia's customer-facing functions across e-commerce and wholesale.
During the peak winter season, your main focus will be supporting online consumers who purchase EMU Australia products from our website.
At other times of the year, you will provide support for our wholesale retail partners and European sales team.
You may also provide support for other areas such as marketing, credit control and operations.
Act as the primary point of contact for online and wholesale customers answering phone and email enquiries Responding to online customer service emails via Zendesk Dealing with incoming calls and emails of a diverse nature Checking and processing online orders in an efficient and timely manner Working directly with our logistics partners and distribution centres Reporting on online and wholesale sales and performance Getting stuck into a wide range of duties Being an EMU Australia brand ambassador What can EMU Australia give to you?
