Customer Service Coordinator - Chesterfield We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for one of our clients based in Chesterfield S43 3FG.
Skills: Great attention to detail and is accurate at speed Skilled in IT, Google docs etc & proficient in Office packages inc Excel & Word Full training provided Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment Shift pattern: 4 on/off 19:00 - 07:00 Pay rate: £13.46p/h (per hour on nights) £12.35p/h (per hour on days) Duration : Ongoing , temp to perm Requirements: Admin experience Excellent written communication skills Confident telephone manners Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask Able to work under pressure Previous experience in a fact paces customer service environment Tasks : Collect PODs & archive from Transport Sort PODs into 'Clean', 'Spalding' and 'Discrepancy' Scan 'Clean' PODs to the website.
Ensure all are set to darkest density and ensuring PODs with multiple pages are scanned on the multipage setting Spalding PODs to go in the Spalding file Sort CS inbox from overnight Call depots to re-book pallets using PO if required Process Ocado KPI data & report to Andrew Weetman Check Hovis is running to time using Load Plan & Microlise Returns AM & PM check Check discrepancies PODs following the discrepancy POD process Benefits: Weekly Pay Set up shift Online payslips Pension Scheme Personal Accident Insurance This is an amazing opportunity if you are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator job in Chesterfield.
