The Role They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator, known internally as an Internal Account Manager who will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction by managing day-to-day customer account activity, allowing the commercial team to focus on business growth.
Acting as the liaison between the organisation and customers, timely and quality communication is key to achieving excellent customer service.
