Barclays Bank PLC is seeking a talented Client Support Expert to join our team.
As a key member of our customer service department, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and guidance through multiple communication channels.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,500 per year.
About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise as a Customer Service Advisor.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling client requests efficiently.
You will collaborate across multiple digital channels to personalise each interaction with a customer, enhancing the bank's digital capabilities when current technology is identified as not yet ready to support.

You will support the collaboration of internal stakeholders including sales, operational, and risk management teams to meet client needs and expectations, so that transactions are executed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing specialist advice and support pertaining to own work area.
Taking ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to.
Maintaining and continually building an understanding of how all teams in area contribute to the objectives of the broader sub-function, delivering impact on the work of collaborating teams.
Communicating sensitive or difficult information to customers in areas related specifically to customer advice or day-to-day administrative requirements.
